MNCEG Boiler Training and Exam September 6, 2017

The MNCEG has partnered with the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry to offer the Boiler Operator License (Special Engineer) training and testing at our annual conference. The training consists of a 6 hour course and 2 hour exam. For the Special Engineer candidate, the MNCEG will provide a Safe Operator Boiler Fundamentals book for each student, compliments of the Steve Udell Scholarship.

ALL BOILER LICENSE LEVEL EXAMS WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR TESTING. You will need to complete the Individual Boiler Engineer License Examination Application through the Department of Labor and Industry for all level exams.

This training is open to all MNCEG members, and there is no fee payable to the MNCEG for this training. You will need to pay the state examination application fee of $50, payable to the MN Department of Labor & Industry. Also, the State will invoice you for a license fee once you have passed the exam.

While the training and testing is offered in conjunction with our Annual Conference, you do NOT need to attend the conference; you can just register for and attend the Boiler Training and Testing only if that's what works for you.
