The tour will focus on the structural restoration, including masonry, dome repairs, and HVAC upgrades to preserve the 1871 building.  Removal of a 1980’s boiler plant and connection of the city hall heating to the upgraded boiler plant at the adjacent police station was part of the project. Tour space is limited to 45 participants.
