10:15 arrival and check in
10:30 AM – 11:10 AM – Presentation for ½ the group; other half will break into 2 groups
to tour the plant
11:10 AM – 11:20 AM – Quick break for restrooms, checking messages
11:20 AM – 12:00 PM – Switch groups; tour groups now see a presentation;
presentation group now splits into 2 groups for the tour
12:00 PM – Lunch
